1-on-1 time and attention throughout our collaboration,

  • I work exclusively in Squarespace. I find one of my client’s main concerns is being able to easily keep their site up to date after launch. Squarespace is the most user-friendly platform to date.

  • Projects usually book a few months in advance but I can occasionally get you in sooner. So just reach out and we can chat about it.

  • I generally build custom websites. However, Squarespace has a plethora of templates, so if you have been poking around on there and found a template you really like I am happy to use it.

  • To me, there is no other option. With over 1.6 billion people having some type of disability, and knowing about 71% of them will leave a website that isn’t accessible, is a hard stat to swallow. Many of these people rely on the web to access the outside world and they deserve to have a great experience when doing so.

  • Yes, included in your Squarespace hosting is an SSL certificate. This will give you that all-important https:// showing visitors that your site is safe to use.

  • Every business has unique goals for their company and website, so there is no ‘one size fits all’ package. Most small service-based businesses require a 5 page website, which generally starts around $1,800. and commonly includes the following pages; Home, About, Services, Blog, Contact.

If your site is more in-depth, like e-commerce, keep in mind each product is its own page. Thus those sites generally start around $5,000.

    Other costs you could have include but are not limited to;

    • Website domain

    • Website hosting fees

    • Professional e-mail hosting

    • Special app integration

    • Processing fees

    • Content creation fees (i.e. premium stock images, copywriter fees)

I aim to be fully transparent about your financial obligations, so if unexpected costs come up during the design process I will make you aware so you can make the decision that is right for your business.

TIP: These additional fees are usually associated with a feature that you can always add at a later date if you so choose.

  • Worried about managing your site after launch day? No worries. I offer both monthly retainer packages and day rate packages. So if you just need a special sales page built or additional collateral, ask me about a day rate. If your site is more robust with monthly product or menu changes, I got you covered there too, with a monthly retainer fee.

  • You will need to provide all the content for your website. What does this mean? The content is any photos and copy (all those words on a website). Don’t worry, if you have no idea where to start, I can provide some templates to guide you along the way, along with some free and paid resources.

  • You bet! Need help designing a logo? How about brand colors or font pairings? Maybe you have all of those and just need a post card or flyer made for an upcoming promotion. Yep, I still got your back.

  • Absolutely! my websites are all built to work on desktop and mobile devices.

  • During the design process you will have two opportunities to make changes to your website. If you request more than this an additional hourly rate could apply until all changes are done. Since we collaborate in advance about your vision for the website, revisions are meant to be minor, not a complete site rebuild.
